What is mentoring?
Mentoring is a supportive, forward-focused relationship designed to help you grow, personally, professionally, or both. A mentor offers guidance, perspective, and a space to reflect on where you are and where you want to be. Unlike therapy or counselling, mentoring is action-oriented, working with you to identify goals, understand what’s holding you back, and take meaningful steps forward.
At Clarity Point, our mentoring is psychologically informed — meaning we bring a deeper understanding of human behaviour, thought patterns, and emotion to every session. This allows us to work with you not just on the surface of what you want to change, but on the underlying patterns that shape how you think, feel, and act.
What can mentoring help with?
Mentoring at Clarity Point can support you with a wide range of goals, including building confidence and self-awareness, navigating personal or professional transitions, improving relationships and communication, managing stress and overwhelm, finding direction and purpose, and developing strategies for lasting change
How does it work?
Sessions are one-to-one, fully confidential, and tailored entirely to you. We offer both online and in-person appointments, making it easy to find an arrangement that fits your life. Whether you’re looking for short-term support around a specific challenge or longer-term mentoring as you grow and develop, we’ll work with you to find the right approach.

Pricing
One-to-one mentoring sessions are available at £70 per hour.
I recognise that cost can be a barrier to getting support, and I believe that shouldn’t be the case. Reduced rates are available depending on your circumstances — if you’re concerned about affordability, please don’t let that stop you from reaching out. Just mention it when you get in touch and I’ll do my best to find something that works for you.
